Thank you post and using personal learning network in class.

Hello Prof. and everyone,

     I just want to say thank you to our professor and to everyone. This 11 weeks is very interesting and fast. I learned a lot from this class and I know that I will take this knowledge everywhere I go.

PLN--personal learning networks to form and develop both social and academic communities of this course. This is very helpful and useful for both students and teachers using, the way of communicating on line and sharing information. Like blog, face book, twitter, wiki, and more. I learn a lot, social networking is good but not too much.
It is  a quick access to do your work, especially when you missed class. You can always check your email, wiki, and ask your fellow students.

Thursday Workshop 10

Task # 3, about Google drive and Gmail. (12/12/13)

Google Drive in Class and Gmail both very important and helpful to all students. In G drive we can send a huge file to our g mail. Our file stored in drive and it will stay up to date automatically so everyone has the most recent version and can access everywhere. It is very helpful to all students because you can check and edit anytime and do your project and communicate with fellow students.
Gmail is accessible to all devices. You can chat and video in your g mail.

Another Task for Workshop 10

Task :2 About Blogging:
     Blogging is the information site published on the World Wide Web, this is the website that you can publish or post any information especially on classroom.  It is very useful especially for me this is the first time I blog and I like it. Especially when you post it automatically save any changes you make, and also you can edit, delete, and save it. And also blogging help you to find what you need and communicate with others.

TASK for Workshop 10

Task 1. Using Wiki on the class. (12/09/13)

Using Wiki on the class is very important for both professor and students.

        The teacher's usually use the Wiki in the classroom for: homework, important announcement, to modify, delete, creat, edit, and many more.
This is actually a web application wich allow people to add, modify, or delete content , document, or an assignment.  This is the first time I have a class using a wiki, for me it is very helpful because you can see and do your homework in advance, and be able to do it anywhere with a helpful device. And if you make mistake you'll be able to correct it.  And also you'll be able to go back to your old assignment.  Hopefully this will be use in all other classes.

3. workshop9--About statistics:
Statistics is the number or data that shows trends or performance. It deals with all the aspect of data. As writer you have to show statistics to support your argument. It is the systems and keep us aware and inform the efficient way to obtain a useful information.

2. Workshop 9 about Flipped classes:
     The flipped classroom is new and model high tech kind of teaching...This new to me, actually I like it.  I'm hoping that it will stay and it will be use to the other classes. This is a great combination of using classroom and internet, anywhere you are you will be able to access your classes and inform your teacher (this is one of the advantage of it), and also be able to ask question to your teacher in the classroom. You can spend time interacting  both colleagues and your professor. Flipped classes is very convenient especially for people that is a working mother/parent, or working student.

1. Post about Doc3...

The Importance of Education to us. In my Doc3, the writer is trying to persuade the audience about the importance of education, As matter of fact age doesn't matter on obtaining an education. It helps us improve, empower, and educate younger generation. "Following the leader" is the good way to become one. As an adult going back to school is hard but I know what I want in life, while the younger generation still deciding what they really want.  There are many distractions for both younger and older students, but focus tends to be better with older students.

This is my third post for this week.
I want to take this opportunity to thank publicly those of you who took the time to over look my document 3 during this class. This class it has been challenging because it is a new experience for me to have online and actual class room in the same course. But I am really enjoying it, even though I'm out of town I can still complete school work from where I am.

Hello everyone,
     We just did the Rhetorical Analysis in Doc3, according to the Doc3 I reviewed stated the good ideas on how students wants to finish college, to have a better foundation in life, and  to get a better job, but because of the tuition is high and not enough help students are forcely drop out to college. 
The arguments here: Students want to finish school but tuition and fees are high. When you work hard as a full time student/worker you don't get any financial aid or any help unless you take a student loan, that 's tough. (This is a good argument "student vs. tuition fees).
     

Arguments (11/21/13)

This is my post regarding arguments in Chapter 6:
Moving your audience by using: Ethos, Pathos, and Kairos by using these three works together to create an impact on the reader.
According to Aristotle, Video of Pathos: the argument must have and emotional impact to your audience why? because you'll see that your argument is affecting the audience, and see the point of view of your writing. According to Aristotle the audience feels several state of emotions love, anger, hate, fear, confidence, pity, envy, and contempt. When your audience reach these state of emotions your reach the success as a writer.

Doc3 Argument and answer.

  This is for Doc3

• Ask question: Is education important to us (young and adult)?
• Give answer: Yes,
• Give reasons, using because:
• because theirs is no limit on gaining more knowledge for both young and adult.
• because an adult getting more education is better especially when you change to a new career, get a better pay, and better yourself.
• because as a parents it help us educate ourselves and it gives better example to our children.
• because without an education you will not get a good paying job. In his situation the biggest problem of people not getting an education is because the cost of it.
• My argument is, for the adult people wants to continue their education but not getting any help (like financial aid) because of work it increase the income higher or if you are married, you are not getting any help at all. Its really unfair because some people gets all the aid they can because they're not working or not married.
• The highereducation.org is one of my reference where I will get some info.

Review Doc2 & recreate argument in blog post using this format to identify reader and issue:

• Ask question: Should middle class Americans with health insurance support ACA

Answers:
               Yes, the middle class Americans should support ACA.

• Because it gives the young adults under the age of 26  to have a better coverage by being with their parents insurance policy.
• Because after the age of 26 but under the age of 30, the ACA have an options to choose of what insurance coverage  they want and be able to afford as well.
• Because, with this insurance protection help a lot of citizens to have better care and affordable cost, and for people that cannot the ACA helps them as well to find a coverage that would suit them.
• Because before ACA or this act, the insurance will remove the young adults in their parents policy without any notice unless they are full time college student.

My passion is for Education for adult.  Many of us as an adult trying to pursue or change carreer, but its difficult because you work full time and have family.  As an adult you are trying to balance everything, but now that you finally want to go back to school and tyring to seek for help no one can give you but a student loan, just because you work full time and have a husband that work as well.
   So far this is all I can say.....

     I just finished my midterm in one of my class.  Anyway Evidence is a very important word, well we use this to prove a statement, facts, cases, or any testimony.  When we are writing we need  a  proof or a clear statement to get the attention of our readers/audience.  Also in our Writing Arguments book  page it explain on how to use "Evidence" effectively.

Patient Protection Affordable Care Act

Hello everyone,
     There is so many issues or controversial regarding the Obama care act, for many people still not clear for how it work.  Well, anything pertaining to any medical health its always been an issue.  People with pre-existing condition or not will be able to keep their insurance, unless their company is not giving them an insurance . A lot of business with 50 about employees or more has to give insurance to their workers.  Hopefully this will work.

Hello everyone,
     Thank you for my evaluator all the comments that you all did, I will resolve those issue soon, but not today I just finished my last assignment in my computer class wow, am I glad.  One down two to go for this quarter.  Its a lot of work especially when your working full time, and have family. 
     Arguing is always the issue no matter what? because we are all different and also we are all human being that makes mistakes.  In chapter 4 we learned about the kinds of arguments and also the different fallacies.

Regarding argument for Workshop 5

To all,
   Workshop  5 is pertaining on how the arguments depend on strength and a logical structure.  And also I learned about the successful argument that requires 3 components, a claim, reason, and grounds.  The videos are very helpful and funny specially the teacher arguing with the students.  Also very educational the different kinds of fallacies. (slippery slope, red herring, ad hominen, and proctor hoc, and more) but video about short people song is funny and good as well.

Regarding "Argument".

Hello,
My post today is regarding "argument", after reading chapter 3 it helps how to distinguish an argument whether it is valid, stong, and weak.
 An argument is an attempt to persuade someone for something, by giving reasons for accepting a particular conclusion an an evidence, according to chapter 3.  This is true because when we argue no matter what, we always have a reasons either right or wrong and we always have an evidence to justify the statement.
